Return conditions

You can return items within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that:

  • Sarees with stitched bodices, lehengas with stitched bodices, pre-stitched sarees, pre-stitched lehengas, unstitched sarees with hem and pico, as well as customized and made-to-measure products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Products must be in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
  • All returns are subject to approval.

How to return a product?

You can contact us by email at inavaacollection@gmail.com, via the "Contact" section, or via the website chat, specifying your "return" request. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning their item. These shipping costs will be communicated to you at the time of your return declaration. You are free to withdraw this request before any refund procedure is implemented.

Refund process

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check to ensure it is in its original condition with all labels intact. After confirming receipt, we will initiate your refund. The refund will be credited to your account within 48 hours.
